Returns & Exchanges

At Leatherology®, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided at the end of the request process; please note that a small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unused, non-personalized items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and gift boxes, to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
